As summer winds down, it’s normal for emotions to feel heavier when you’re trying to conceive. You are not alone.

- Your feelings are valid. It’s okay to feel sad, frustrated, or to take a step back from certain conversations.
- Social media only shows highlights, not the full journey. Try not to measure yourself against what you see online.
- Prioritizing yourself is important. Take breaks when you need to protect your peace.
- Your journey is unique. There is no “behind” when it comes to building a family.
- You are supported, and many others understand exactly what you’re going through.
