Let’s Reset —

If you’re feeling overwhelmed,
try this simple reset:

Take a slow breath in through your nose.
Pause.
Exhale longer than you inhale.

Then gently ask yourself:
“What is one small thing I can do next?”

Not everything. Just one thing.
