SMP Health - Maryhill We are a non-profit, skilled care nursing home sponsored by the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation. We have a committed staff with a caring, hometown touch!

SMP Health - Maryhill is a Catholic faith-based long-term care facility in Enderlin, North Dakota. We provide 24 hour nursing and personal care services in a comfortable, attractive and homelike setting. We have a stable, consistent staff (the average length of service is over eight years!) that gets to know each resident and their families as individuals. Their goal is to help our residents continue to live life to the fullest, make decisions for themselves and know they are cared for and respected. We tailor our services to meet your needs:

◦ Short term stays for rehabilitation or recuperation following an acute illness or injury

◦ Longer term stays for chronic care needs

◦ Short term stays to give family caregivers needed time away to rest, attend out of town meetings or other events that require them to be away for a period of time (respite care).

🐾 A Wildly Wonderful Day at Maryhill! 🐾
Today we had some very special visitors, the Chahinkapa Zoo from Wahpeton and an amazing group of fourth graders! 💛
Our residents absolutely LOVED meeting the animals and spending time with the kids. There were so many smiles, laughs, questions, and curious little hands learning right alongside our residents. Moments like today remind us how powerful connection, learning, and community truly are.

Thank YOU EFA for sponsoring this great event ❤️🎄✨ What a Pinterest-perfect night at Maryhill❤️Our residents and community came together for a fun craft class and created the most beautiful Christmas trees out of glassware! 💚🎅 Everyone’s creativity shined bright, and the smiles were just as sparkling as the trees themselves. Thank you to all who joined in and made the evening so special! ❤️ HUGE HUGE THANK YOU TO KARLA HAINSWORTH for hosting this class!!!! So so fun!!!

🎃👻 What an amazing Halloween night at Maryhill 👻🎃
We had over 144 people come through to trick-or-treat with our residents, and our halls were filled with laughter, costumes, and so much joy! 🍬🧡 The residents absolutely loved handing out candy and seeing all the creative costumes.
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by — you made this night one to remember! We truly have the best community around. 💕🎉 thanks Bobby, Darby and April for all your hard work tonight! 🥰
