The time has come for me to mark my business as permanently closed. My health continues to be in flux and until it can be stabilized in a better condition it would not be wise of me to operate, and work, a business. Good evening everyone! It's been a few months since I've posted and I'm here with an update! Beginning February 1st I will be joining the team at Knead Relief in Vestal, NY! This is a new direction for me as I ease back into providing massage to my community and one I'm excited for 😁😁
It is my hope that as my body re-acclimates to bodywork that I'll be able to expand my availability and services. My future as a Massage Therapist is still unknown, but I'm taking steps to get back to you.
Thank you for your support during this unprecedented time, it means everything to me and my family 💜💜💜 I will be available 2-3 days a week at Knead Relief and hope to see you there! Drink water and feel good!

At this moment I do not have an anticipated date of re-opening or where that will be, but I'll be sure to keep all of you updated through posts on this page.

After multiple phone calls and a few appointments my surgery date is set! I will be closing temporarily (unsure of a return time frame) at the end of this month and the last day for an appointment will be August 26th. With surgery comes lots of appointments beforehand and availability is up-to-date as of this moment. Space is limited as I can only manage a few hours a day of bodywork, so book your time on the table before it's too late!

To all of my current and former clients:

As some of you are aware I was in a car accident earlier this year and over the last couple of months my healthcare team has uncovered an issue that needs to be resolved. I've always been forthcoming about the circumstances that led me to begin my journey as a Massage Therapist, and I've continued that openness in the months following the car accident from March. With that in mind, I'm posting this to inform you that at the end of the summer I will need to close my studio for a minimum of 6 months to recover from surgery. It is my hope that everything will heal as it should and that I will have the same success as I experienced from my first surgery and will be able to return to Massage Therapy.
This is not a decision I wanted to make, and I have done everything I can to avoid it. My schedule continues to be limited in availability, but I will do my very best to remain open until my closing date and provide you with the exquisite care you've come to know. Below you will find the details regarding dates, scheduling, and changes in offerings.

~ The final day for appointments will be Friday August 26th, 2022

~ I will no longer offer pre-pay discounted plans BUT will continue to offer the pay-as-you-go discounted plans on 60 and 90 minute sessions *Any active pre-pay plans will remain active through the final session OR closing date, whichever is first*

~ Gift cards are no longer available for purchase as I do not want to make a promise I may not be able to keep

This little red ball just saved me from excruciating pain! Have you ever had a muscle spasm in your rhomboid? That's the muscle between your shoulder blade and spine, and when it goes into spasm it can be hard to move or even breathe. Grabbed this little guy, he is one of a pair of by and laid on the floor with it in my rhomboid. 2 minutes later and no more spasm! Ask me how they could help you in your daily life!

Due to some ongoing complications from a recent accident I have been modifying my availability for massage. It is in constant flux and I'm doing my best to get everyone on the table in a timely fashion. I truly appreciate each of you and how flexible and accommodating many of you have been, especially in the last few weeks.
I've needed to cut back on how many sessions I can do per day and have been blocking out extra time and/or days to give my body some rest. Thank you for sticking with me as I navigate these uncharted waters. I'm working hard, and resting hard, to get back to you at 100% as soon as possible 🥰🥰🥰
