I began practicing massage in 1995. I have decided to fully retire as of 11/13/24. I will occasionally offer "pop-up" appointments to my regular clientele, on my schedule, first come, first served to keep from getting rusty! My website and office phone have been deleted but all my licenses are intact. Those who have seen me over the years know how to contact me. This isn't a surprise for many of you and this isn't a goodbye. We will meet again down the road. It's been a great run for nearly 30 years. I've enjoyed our healing time together. P.S—If I find myself bored, I'm going to call my regulars back!☮️+❤️

I have been in body work for 30 yrs. I have never heard of Aufguss. It's a old German sauna ritual / treatment where air, essential oils, etc. are moved around by towel acrobatics. I'm intrigued!

Gua Sha is traditional Chinese medicine which uses a tool, typically made of jade that scrapes the skin to break up "knots". It's similar to IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation) or Graston. Today, my Chinese client told me the literal translation means "scrape sand"! Omg; that is EXACTLY what it feels like when you start a tx w/ IASTM, "sand underneath the skin." The sand = the small adhesions (knots) stuck to the fascia! Wild; Gua Sha h/b around for over 700 yrs!!
