A gentle way to arrive back in the body.

A slower way to arrive back in the body.
Guided by Linda, a Yoga Therapist trained in somatic movement, this practice emphasizes small, intentional movements rooted in how movement feels rather than how it looks. The experience then shifts toward sound, with crystal bowls and chimes used to support settling, listening, and rest.

The space will be softly lit, with blankets and props available to support comfort throughout.

If you’re home and want a gentle way to settle your body, consider a few minutes of a supported bridge:

- Lie on your back and place a pillow, folded blanket, or yoga block under the back of the hips, not the low back
- Let the feet relax and the knees soften slightly toward one another
- Rest the arms wherever feels most comfortable

Stay for a few slow, easy breaths—or longer if it feels supportive on your back with knees bent, feet on the floor, and slow, easy breathing.
