Align & Flow blends thoughtful alignment with mindful movement. We begin by exploring how to support each pose with strength and ease, then carry that awareness into our movement emphasizing breath, stability, and presence.

Expect intentional transitions, clear guidance, and space to move in a way that feels both strong and sustainable — not rushed or forced.

A great option if you enjoy movement and strength, but also value understanding how and why you’re doing what you're doing.

🌿 A calm close to the year.

Emily will be leading a special New Year’s Eve Restore Yoga practice — a quiet, supportive space to slow down, settle the body, and gently close out the year before turning toward what’s next.

Through long-held, fully supported postures and gentle guidance, we’ll focus on downshifting the nervous system and allowing everything to settle. A steady, grounding way to end the year with care.

Focus on building stability with ease, in our Gentle Hour, a steady, slow-paced class.

In this 60-minute practice, we move intentionally through foundational postures using the support of chairs and props — sometimes standing, sometimes seated, and sometimes on the floor. The pace is unhurried, allowing you to explore strength, balance, and awareness without unnecessary strain.

This class is designed to reduce pressure on sensitive joints while offering clear guidance and plenty of options, so you can move in a way that feels supportive & steady.

If you’re looking for gentle movement that still feels purposeful — this is a great place to start!

Our gentlest class — intentionally slow, supported, and mostly still.

Restore Yoga is designed to help your body and nervous system downshift. You’ll spend most of class in supported postures, with time to soften, release tension, and rest without needing to push or perform. Gentle, longer-held positions may offer a comfortable stretch, always with options to adjust or add support so the practice remains easeful.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, sore, or unsure where to begin (or begin again), this is a beautiful place to start.

Not sure where to start — or where to restart?
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

This chart can help you choose a class based on how your body feels today — not on experience level, flexibility, or what you think you “should” be doing.

Whether you’re brand new, coming back after time away, or just needing something different right now, there’s a place for you here.

Save this for later, and if you’re still unsure, we’re always happy to help. 🌿

Yoga is different in a studio.

It’s not about keeping up or pushing harder.
It’s about being in a space dedicated to the practice — with guidance and support as you learn the lifelong skill of listening to your body.
Some days that means slowing down, softening, and choosing support.

Other days it means building strength, stability, and awareness through intentional movement.
Yoga doesn’t need to be hard to be powerful.
And powerful doesn’t always mean the same thing every day.

If you’ve been curious, unsure, or waiting for the “right time” — this is your invitation.

🌿 Christmas Eve is a perfect time to pause with purpose.

This Restore Yoga practice is a chance to settle and soften and to give yourself the gift of your own presence. This quiet, supportive space invites you to rest deeply, release tension, and let your system downshift before the day unfolds.

Through long-held, fully supported postures and gentle guidance, we’ll focus on downshifting the body and giving ourselves permission to pause.

❄️ In winter, energy tends to settle low and inward.

Legs up is a quiet way to invite a little ease and movement back into the body — without effort or force. This simple, grounding posture encourages the nervous system to slow down and improves circulation.

Try it with a wall, a chair, or something under the hips.

Let your legs rest.
Let your breath move naturally.
Stay as long as it feels supportive.

A small practice can go a long way this time of year.
