A quick update: Our Sunday 8:30 am Therapeutic Yoga has now moved to Wednesday evenings at 5:15 pm with Linda. We’re excited to see you at this new time, and hope it will make it easier to join mid-week.

August is a month of shifting rhythms—sunny mornings, busy days, and small changes that can open new possibilities. Yoga helps us meet those shifts with steadiness, presence, and breath.

Wednesdays, 5:15 - 6:30 pm

Join us for a midweek reset designed to support strength, flexibility, and balance—while grounding you in breath and mindful movement. Rather than a workout, you’ll work-in to build awareness and release tension.

This therapeutic class moves with intention in a steady, breath-led rhythm that supports mobility and encourages bone health.

Each session closes with deeply relaxing poses to soothe the nervous system and offer a soft landing at the end of your day.
