🌿 Welcome Back, Rose 🌿

Many of you may remember Rose from her years teaching at Binghamton Yoga before relocating to South Carolina — and we’re excited to welcome her back to the schedule for a couple of weeks this June.

Rose’s thoughtful approach to alignment, anatomy, and mindful movement creates practices that feel both grounding and accessible. She believes yoga helps us navigate everyday life with greater compassion, humor, and ease, inviting students to “come to yoga to feel better in your body and stay to feel better in your mind.”

With over 17 years of personal practice and 12 years of teaching experience, Rose brings a calm, supportive presence to each class.

You can practice with Rose:
Mondays • June 1 & June 8
• 9:30 am — Therapeutic Yoga

Tuesdays • June 2 & June 9
• 9:30 am — Align & Flow
• 11:15 am — Gentle Hour

Copper arrived 4 weeks early on Monday, May 4th at 5:49 PM, weighing 5 lbs 8 oz. We’re happy to share that he is healthy, and everyone is now home settling in and acclimating to this new chapter together.

Many in our community have asked how they can help support them during this time. A Give In Kind page has been created with ways to assist, including meals and other support for the family as they navigate these early weeks with their newest little love.

Welcome Tina to Binghamton Yoga!

With Emily stepping away for maternity leave, we’re so grateful to have Tina Fetten joining us in the studio.

Tina teaches with a thoughtful, grounded approach, offering mindful movement practices that help you slow down, connect, and feel supported in your body. She also offers Restorative Yoga and Yin to create space for rest and ease.

Her classes are accessible and adaptable, with a focus on meeting you where you are and reminding you that yoga should always feel good.

She’ll be leading our Unwind & Restore Mother’s Day Practice, holding a gentle, supportive space to slow down and unwind.
