A slower way to arrive back in the body.
Guided by Linda, a Yoga Therapist trained in somatic movement, this practice emphasizes small, intentional movements rooted in how movement feels rather than how it looks. The experience then shifts toward sound, with crystal bowls and chimes used to support settling, listening, and rest.
The space will be softly lit, with blankets and props available to support comfort throughout.
