Your breath is one of the simplest tools for feeling calmer and more at ease — but most of us don’t use it in a way that truly supports us.

Join us for The Breath & Body Connection, a two-hour workshop to help you breathe with more ease, strength, and awareness. The 20,000 breaths you take each day can either create tension or support your well-being.

We’ll explore simple postures and breathwork practices to release tight areas, activate the diaphragm, and reconnect breath and body.

In Yin Yoga for Lymphatic Drainage, Jason combines gentle self-massage, mindful breathing, and supported yin postures to help you tap into that natural flow and restore ease throughout the body.
