During Social Work Month, we would like to recognize all of our therapy and counseling professionals at Samaritan Counseling Center of the Southern Tier.


Molly Fotusky LPMFT, provides services at Samaritan Counseling Center of the Southern Tier and is currently accepting new clients in the following specialties:

Couples and Marriages struggling with Infidelity, Conflict,
Distancing, Communication, Intimacy issues

Families and Individuals having difficulties adjusting to life's transitions such as Marriage, Parenthood, Divorce, Grief, Anxiety, and Depression

Treatment modalities and frameworks include Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapy techniques (EFT & EFIT), and the Gottman Method.

Able to incorporate a client’s faith into therapy when desired.

The Samaritan Counseling Center of the Southern Tier is pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Parker as our new Executive Director, effective March 3, 2025.

Samaritan Counseling Center has provided mental health care services to families and people of all ages since 1982 and is located at 3001 East Main Street, Endwell, NY. In recent years, thanks to generous donor support, the Center acquired a second building next door on South Knight Street and anticipates adding at least four counselors as well as group activities.

Randy is ready and able to lead us into this new phase of care. He brings a wealth of experience in the field of public health services that includes Executive Director for a public health child welfare agency, ten years as Commissioner of the Division of Health and Family Services in Mansfield, Ohio, and Divisional Grant and Contract Administrator/Director of Operations at the Sullivan County Division of Health and Family Services.

The people Randy has worked with single out his dedication and commitment to meeting the needs of others, both in his client population as well as within the agencies he worked for. As one of his former supervisors put it, he is “intelligent with a heart”. We look forward to working with Randy and benefitting from his depth of experience as he leads us in expanding care to our community.
