Member of the Month — Jan DeAngelo

Some transformations are hard to put into words. Jan’s is one of them.
In just 3 months, Jan dropped 51 pounds and if that number alone doesn’t impress you, here’s what makes it truly remarkable: he kept nearly every pound of muscle he had. We’re talking about only 1.5 lbs of muscle lost during a 51-pound transformation. That’s not common. That’s the result of someone who locked in and didn’t waver.
Jan followed the online training program to the letter. Not most days. Every single day. He cleaned up his diet, he showed up, and he did the work consistently, quietly, without excuses.
But what happened to Jan goes well beyond the scale. During this same stretch of time, he was confirmed as a Deacon in the Catholic Church, a commitment that speaks to exactly the kind of man he is. Disciplined. Faithful. All in.
Jan didn’t just change his body. He changed his life. And watching that happen is exactly why we do what we do.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Mothers don’t get rest days.

They show up when they’re exhausted, they push through when nobody is watching, and they do it all without asking for recognition.

Sound familiar?

It should, because that’s exactly the same mentality we celebrate in this gym every single day.

To every mother who has dragged herself to a workout between school pickups and work deadlines, who has used the gym as her one hour of sanity in an otherwise chaotic day, we see you. That discipline is not lost on us.

To the moms who are raising the next generation of hard workers, athletes and good humans, what you’re doing matters more than any PR on the platform.

This place exists because of strong people. And mothers are a huge staple here.

I told him he had to trade me his shirt for it and he quickly agreed it was a great deal.

We split the gym into Team Blake and Team Hunter and let the competition speak for itself. Every rep, every round… this community showed up and gave everything.

🔥MEMBER OF THE MONTH: KASSANDRA🔥

This week we’re celebrating Kassandra!

When Kassandra first joined, she was a little more quiet and reserved, just taking everything in, learning the environment, and getting comfortable with the workouts.

She started off slow, used lighter weights, and focused on building confidence.

But she kept showing up.

Week after week, we’ve watched her start to really come out of her shell and find her groove 💪

Now she’s getting the hang of everything, growing more confident, and lifting heavier and heavier weights as she continues to get stronger every week.

That’s what we love seeing most, not perfection, but consistent progress.

Kassandra is proof that if you stay consistent, trust the process, and keep showing up, amazing things happen.

We’re so proud of you and so glad you’re part of the PB family.
