From sacred geometry
“The human heart is not what they have led you to believe. The human heart is in the shape of a tetrahedron, the most stable and fundamental shape of all geometric shapes. The heart contains 40,000 neurons (nerve cells that send and receive messages) and communicates emotional states with the brain using peptides. The natural flow of blood within the four heart chambers creates a vortex or “vortex rings” which resembles the natural flow of energy in nature, and all throughout the universe that surrounds us. This means that the human heart is a center for spiritual and energetic activity. The flow of blood through the vortex of your heart is a physical manifestation of the energetic patterns of nature. The heart is not just for pumping blood. The heart is the key to balancing the spiritual and energetic dimensions. Anything that guides you against your heart is pulling you away from harmony.”

😤🤧🤒😷As a rule of thumb, it is highly recommended to not have a massage when you have a cold or other illness, particularly if it is contagious. Not only do you risk passing on the illness to the Massage Therapist, but it's also unlikely to make you feel better. In fact, massage can make you feel worse during a cold.

Three Tips for Seasonal Allergies

Allergies? We aren't excited for that. Tackle your seasonal allergies with three essential oils and best tips to apply:

1. Break out the oils.
essential oils such as eucalyptus, peppermint, and lavender, have anti-inflammatory antibacterial and decongestant properties and can be used in a diffuser or added to a hot bath.

2. Enjoy local honey.
Consuming local honey regularly may help build up your immune system and reduce your sensitivity to pollen allergens that are specific to your area.

Try mixing honey with a few drops of On Guard to enjoy immune-building benefits daily, or integrate raw honey into your cooking with delicious recipes like those found in The Essential Foodie.

3. Take a shower.
Steam inhalation has an amazing effect on easing nasal congestion and soothing irritated sinuses. Breathing in steam from a hot shower or a bowl of hot water with a towel over your head brings allergy relief.

Get the benefits of steam without showering by using the Steamy Mug for Essential Oil Aromatherapy! Portable, easy to use, and easy to clean up, this steamy diffuser will give you spa vibes in the comfort of your own home.
