BradRich Family — I need your help.

BradRich has grown more than I ever imagined, and we’re entering a new chapter for the clinic. Because of that, I’m considering a rebrand and possibly even a new name that better reflects the care we provide and the vision for the future.

This practice has always been built around community, trust, and taking care of people in a way that feels real and personal. So instead of deciding alone, I want to ask the people who helped build it.

At BradRich Healthcare, we talk a lot about weight loss, strength, and improving health. But there’s something that doesn’t get discussed enough…what happens mentally during that journey.

Body dysmorphia is real, and it’s heavier than people realize.

You can lose the weight.
Get stronger.
Completely change your body…

…and still struggle with what you see in the mirror.

Sometimes your mind is still holding onto an older version of you.
Sometimes the insecurities show up even when the progress is obvious.
