Radical Rest is a signature offering I’ve been wanting to bring to life for some time now.

The heart of my work is creating spaces where people can show up exactly as they are and be met with care. Spaces where nothing is needed from you for a little while, where you can put down some of what you’ve been carrying, allow yourself to be held and supported, and give your body permission to truly rest.

Radical Rest is my way of bringing that intention into a community setting.

This offering weaves together guided meditation, hands-on Reiki, and aromatherapy in an intentionally intimate setting designed to honor presence, connection, and rest.

sometimes the language of healing can start to feel repetitive…

release
integrate
begin again
old wounds
new awareness

and after a while it can sound like…
okay, but haven’t we said this already?

like a broken record
like we’re hearing the same things over and over again
and wondering if we’re actually moving anywhere at all

this is something I encounter on my own personal journey, with the people I hold space for… even right here on the internet

but what’s easy to miss in that moment
is that it’s not actually the same version of us hearing it each time

it’s a different level of us
a different level of awareness
a different capacity to actually receive it

so something that once landed as an idea
starts to land as recognition

and then eventually as something we can notice in real time
while it’s happening

same words
but we’re not meeting them from the same place anymore

so maybe the invitation here is to look at it from a slightly different perspective

to remember that we are always changing
to honor the version of ourselves that’s receiving these messages now

and to gently peel back that next layer and see what’s underneath

Yesterday I had three new clients experience Reiki-infused Vibroacoustic Therapy for the first time 🌀

Every single one of them said some version of:
“I’ve never experienced anything like this before.”

And every single one of them said they’ll be back.

The experience itself can be hard to put into words… it’s something your body remembers.

With my work, I aim to create a space where your body can finally soften into that place…
where your nervous system can exhale…
where ease and presence can settle in.

Still sitting with how beautiful this past Sunday felt 🤍

It’s such an honor to hold space like this… especially for women who are willing to show up, soften, and meet themselves a little more deeply.

In our Balance & Bloom gathering , we moved through a quiet release… letting something from a season that’s been closing be set down… and opening to something new, something to tend to and grow in the season ahead.

Witnessing that shift, in myself and in others, is such a potent experience.

I don’t take this work lightly, and it means so much to be trusted in these spaces. Thank you to everyone who came and shared in it with me 🙏🏻

We all have our doorway.
We all have our method of dissolving the little “me.”
And none of them are more valid than the others.

For some people it’s psychedelics.
For some it’s meditation or chanting.
For some it’s painting, gardening, dancing, washing dishes, holding a child, walking in nature.
And for her… it was knitting.

The act itself isn’t the point.
It’s the quality of consciousness inside the act.

Find the thing that loosens your edges
opens your heart
and lets you slip out of the suit of who you think you’re supposed to be.

Some people say light work is bypassing, but to me, it’s the opposite.
It’s the courage to meet your shadow through love instead of shame.
To explore the pain, the patterns, the stories and hold them in the presence of your own light.

In my opinion, that’s not avoidance…

That’s alchemy ✨
