Ive always thought I was fat, even when I wasnt~ and now that Im way overweight due to health conditions and my sweet tooth from god only knows, I wish so much to just be healthy, even if that means being a few lbs overweight, Health is numero uno, its just so hard to change eating habits ~ my relationship with food in general has always been horrible. From the teenager who used to rush home to survive on ramen, to the mom who learned to cook by trial and error, the hardest part I think is not eating when someone else does, Im always like, I want some~ and with teenagers in the house, that is practically constantly 💕🙏💕
