Before children learn to speak or write, they often share their feelings through movement, color, rhythm, and sound. Music, art, and dance become their first tools for expressing joy, curiosity, and emotion in ways words cannot yet capture.

These early expressions reveal something universal about us: creativity is woven into who we are from the very beginning. Long before formal language develops, children show a natural ability to connect with others through gestures, marks on paper, and the sway of their bodies.

This image highlights that deep connection to creativity we all carry. It reminds us that artistic expression isn’t reserved for professionals—it’s a part of being human, a way to share our inner world with those around us. 🎨💃

Learn to give a complete Reiki session including techniques, healing guides, use of Reiki II Symbols, healing unwanted habits, distance healing and the foundations of Reiki. You will learn about energy centers, how energy flows through all that exists and how this energy is connected to health and well being.
This class is hybrid with an online lecture session, followed by an in person interactive session with hands on practice of Reiki I & II learnings and attunements. You will be provided with the class manual. Upon completion, students will receive Reiki I & II Certification.

REIKI IS… .. a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s done through passing of soothing energy flow from the hands into the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension. Energy that is depleted and out of balance can cause illness. Through Reiki, the lost energy is restored allowing balance, harmony and inner calm within. This balance helps the body heal itself on a deeper level.
