A huge thank you to Little Miss Lydia's for always supporting our clients—both in our safe house and throughout the community. Your continued kindness and generosity remind our clients that they are not alone, and we truly feel the love and support you bring to everything you do. 💜

It’s officially no longer spooky season and we will be fundraising for Christmas gifts for The Network kids!

We do not have lists yet but I am starting an Amazon list with some stockings and stocking stuffers and some other odds and ends we usually get asked for. I will add and update as the lists come in.

As always you can also donate monetarily through cash app- $sheenabeck20, Venmo- or PayPal - littlemisslydias@gmail.com.

Every cent raised goes towards the kids. We work as volunteers only.

Please consider helping us make these kids wishes come true!

As always thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts! We could not continue to do what we do without the help of individuals like you that want to see some good in this world.
We appreciate each and every one of you.

Domestic Violence Awareness Month may have ended last Friday, but our mission to support and empower survivors continues 24/7.

We are so honored that Mabelle B. Avery School partnered with The Network this year, entrusting us to reach each and every one of their students. Our Network Educators—who are also certified Domestic Violence Advocates—bring critical conversations into the classroom, helping to open doors for students who may need support.

This collaboration not only empowers students but also has the potential to save lives. We’re grateful to Mabelle B. Avery School for their trust and partnership in creating safer, more supportive communities. 💜

Those interested in community or youth education, please reach out to The Network at 860-763-7430. Anyone in danger or in need of assistance or advocacy can go to Safe Connect :: CT’s Domestic Violence Resource Line or call 888.774.2900, the 24/7 statewide hotline.

A domestic violence prevention and advocacy organization Friday completed an ambitious goal at Mabelle B. Avery Middle School in Somers.

💜 Domestic violence doesn’t just impact survivors—it deeply affects children too. Growing up in a home with violence can shape their sense of safety, self-worth, and future relationships. Raising awareness is the first step toward breaking the cycle and creating safer, healthier futures for all children.

🛒💜 Community Support Needed 💜🛒
Many of the families we work with are currently unable to access their SNAP. For many of our clients, especially those experiencing financial abuse, programs like SNAP are essential.

With the holidays approaching, we’re asking our community to help us support these families by donating grocery store gift cards. Every card helps us provide a meal, a sense of relief, and hope during a difficult time.

If you’d like to contribute, please drop off or mail gift cards to The Network Against Domestic Abuse. Your kindness truly makes a difference. 💜
