Raising awareness about domestic violence among high school students is so important. Every question matters—even the ones that might feel silly—because asking is the first step toward understanding, support, and change. Let’s empower our youth to speak up and seek help when they need it.

It can be hard to tell when behavior goes from healthy to unhealthy (or is even abusive.) We’re here to listen without judgment and can help identify possible signs of abuse in your relationship.

A huge thank you to Blaine Aponte, along with her family and friends, for their incredible generosity and support! 💜 They created and donated these beautiful welcome totes, filled with personal hygiene products and handcrafted earrings, each paired with a heartfelt note explaining their special meaning.

Blaine truly went above and beyond—thoughtfully including textured hair products and unisex bags to ensure everyone feels seen, valued, and never forgotten. This level of care and intention makes a powerful difference for the individuals we serve, and we are so grateful for this amazing act of kindness.

Recognizing green flags in relationships is just as important as spotting red ones—especially for teens. 💬✨
In a stage of life where emotions, pressure, and first relationships can feel confusing, knowing what healthy looks like helps build confidence, boundaries, and safety.
As we head into Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, let’s keep talking about respect, communication, and relationships that make you feel supported—not stressed.
Healthy love should feel safe, steady, and empowering. 🧡
