Not every “flare” is a failure.

Protection isn’t pathology.
It’s intelligence.

• unpredictable
• exhausted
• stuck in fight-or-flight
Healing isn’t about forcing calm.
It’s about restoring flexibility.
It’s about teaching the nervous system that it no longer needs to brace for danger.
That’s where real resilience begins.
