This patient had a skin cancer successfully removed from her shin by Dr Ordoukhanian . She had a beautiful result with a barely detectable scar at her 3 month follow up visit. Early detection with regular skin cancer screenings is essential to preventing the need for large surgical excisions in challenging areas like the lower extremities especially with thinner more sun damaged skin.
