Quick weekday lunch meal

Fried whole hearts of palm + Salad

Grind up some Nori sheets for that fish like taste 🌊

Season up a wet and a dry batter after seasoning up your hearts 🫶🏼🫶🏾

My wet batter consists of spelt flour and water but you can use what ever flour you’ve got in your pantry

My dry batter consists of corn meal but if you don’t have corn meal you can use flour

Look, there’s nothing wrong with having a nice juicy filet mignon or steak. If you know you wanna cut red meat out of your lifestyle or ease off the red meat, Lions Mane is a great substitute. Mushrooms in general are a great meat alternative but that’s another story for another day.

Lions mane has an array of benefits for cognitive health and function. Why not swap out the dead meat for living foods ?

I might be slightly biased, but Lions Mane is hands down one of the best mushrooms on the planet. I mean, I love entire funga kingdom. Let’s be honest, without their sentient and intelligent mycelium our entire eco system would fail 🍄

Today we’re shedding some light on one of the most common culinary and medicinal fungi. Some people say it tastes like lobster when cooked. A variety of meals can be made with this versatile puff ball.
