The BARWIS Methods is guided by Wolff’s Law, the cutting edge BARWIS Applied Scientific Techniques, the Barwis Methods Core Values, and Neurological Reengineering. Neurological Reengineering was developed by Mike Barwis and is the process of implementing the Barwis Methods to increase a person's neuromuscular activation and control. They helped her stay healthy and strong her entire career. BARWIS has trained 10+ D1 collegiate gymnasts. We are committed to keeping your body healthy through the rigorous sport of gymnastics.
