The BARWIS Methods is guided by Wolff’s Law, the cutting edge BARWIS Applied Scientific Techniques, the Barwis Methods Core Values, and Neurological Reengineering. ‼️CLIENT TESTIMONY ‼️
Three years ago, I had a bike accident resulting in a complex knee injury of ACL complete tear, tibia and fibula fractures, torn PCL, LCL, tendon, meniscus, and perineal nerve entrapment. After eight months I began to walk without crutches.

Following surgery, I rehabbed with two physical therapists, but felt I wasn’t progressing enough. A friend highly recommended barwis and my life changed. Their PT‘s, strength and mental sports coaches knew how to move me past plateaus with one on one progressive sessions.

Now I mountain bike, ski, and hike again. My journey continues with Barwis, with strength and mobility sessions for performance improvement, injury prevention, less pain and more fun. Jake and the Barwis team are the most kind and positive people you’ll ever meet. They truly have a passion for helping others. Barwis gave me my life back and enabled me to get back on the mountain.
