April is National Stress Awareness Month. Although we may not be able to eliminate stress, there are healthy ways to manage it:

• Recognize and assess potential stress sources or triggers (e.g., a
relationship, a job responsibility, a health issue, a financial setback, a
commute, a humanitarian crisis)
• Lean in to finding small moments to exercise control and choice
• Exercise
• Practice deep breathing techniques
• Establish good sleep hygiene
• Prioritize a healthy diet
• Relieve migraines with IV Therapy
