For the tear troughs and anterior mid-face, we employed a total of three syringes per side, utilizing a micro cannula and the fanning technique to distribute “DermaGel,” a natural filler derived from her own DNA. This innovative approach not only replenishes lost volume but also stimulates the body to produce more collagen and elastin, enhancing skin quality and reducing the appearance of dark circles.

For the anterior and posterior cheeks, we used traditional filler with deep periosteal needlework to provide structural support. As we age, we experience a loss of bone density and shifting fat pads. The periosteal technique ensures that the filler moves naturally with your facial structure, helping to maintain a harmonious and natural smile.
