Interesting recent case of treated with a
This patient had neurovascular conflict due to the superior cerebellar artery (SCA) as well as a vein that actually split rootlets of the nerve. The latter is an unusual anatomical variant.
I mobilized the artery away and then cauterized and divided the vein. So far so good!
