I often post these high-resolution images of the trigeminal nerve, but how zoomed in are they?
Although the trigeminal nerve is relatively large compared to other cranial nerves, it’s still only 2-3 millimeters wide. And the arteries and veins that cause trigeminal neuralgia are usually even smaller.
No wonder we need a for an MVD!
