                                            Do Halloween the healthy way! Try out these Monster Munch snacks full of fiber, vitamins, and wholesome ingredients for guilt-free treats. Ingredients and Instructions below. 
1. Frozen “Boo” Nana Ghosts - Ingredients:  Bananas (halved), Greek yogurt or dark chocolate, Mini chocolate chips or raisins (for eyes). Instructions: (1) Dip bananas in Greek yogurt or melted dark chocolate. (2) Stick on chocolate chips for eyes. (3) Freeze for at least 2 hours.
2. Apple Monster Mouths - Ingredients:, Apple slices, Nut or seed butter, Sunflower seeds or mini marshmallows (teeth), Strawberry slice (tongue, optional). Instructions: (1) Spread nut butter on two apple slices. (2) Add "teeth" and press slices together. (3) Use a strawberry slice as a tongue if desired.
3. Witches Broomsticks - Ingredients: Pretzel sticks, String cheese, Chives (optional for garnish).
Instructions: (1) Cut string cheese into thirds and fray the ends to look like broom bristles. (2) Stick a pretzel stick into each piece. (3) Tie with a chive if desired for decoration.
4. Jack O’ Lantern Fruit Cups - Ingredients:  Orange (whole, peel on), Mixed fruit (berries, melon, grapes). Instructions: (1) Cut the top off an orange and scoop out the inside. (2) Carve a jack-o’-lantern face into the peel. (3) Fill with fruit salad!
