The I-SPY trial Quantum Leap Health Consortium is a great trial to expand the role of NAT for pts. Glad to see such meaningful progress being made, with many novel agents on the horizon

Outstanding talk today at Englewood Health by Joseph Dayan MD, a true pioneer in the surgical treatment and prevention of lymphedema. Much of the focus in cancer care is on treating the cancer itself, but lymphedema is a chronic, often lifelong condition that can significantly impact patients’ quality of life. Advances in lymphatic reconstruction allow both treatment of lymphedema and risk reduction of lymphedema at the time of cancer surgery. Very excited as well about emerging work on GLP-1 agonists and their potential role in lymphedema prevention. Great talk.

We’re looking forward to the WISDOM 1.0 results on 12/12/25 at San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium to help inform how we can screen women more effectively—and excited for WISDOM 2.0 and 3.0 to come!

The possibilities of using MRI and AI to predict invasive disease in DCIS, therapy response, and Oncotype scores, and to guide personalized screening, are fascinating.
