🔆 Facelift Friday! 🔆

Loved by everyone in the office, this 65 year old patient is a ray of sunshine every time she comes in. I had performed her Mohs surgery repair previously and she came back to me as she was nearing retirement and ready for a refresh for her new chapter! And what a refresh it was!!

I performed an extended deep plane facelift, a deep structural neck lift (submandibular gland and anterior digastric muscle reduction) and an upper blepharoplasty. Without the deep neck work, I could not have achieved nearly the same results.

She’s been busy enjoying her retirement and traveling the world, but I can’t wait to see her at her next follow up. I’m so grateful for her trust!

Sometimes all you want is an upper lid refresh- and that’s ok!!

This sweet patient came to me to discuss eye rejuvenation. For best results, I recommended a brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and lower blepharoplasty, but ultimately, she decided she was only ready for an upper blepharoplasty.

We performed the surgery with her awake in the office using numbing injections. We chatted the whole way through!

She is overjoyed with her new eyes. While it may not be a textbook comprehensive eye rejuvenation, every patient is different and I am here to walk you through your goals and expectations and come up with a plan you feel comfortable with!

🔥 Facelift Friday 🔥

This stunning 52 year old patient was ready for a refresh. Like many women around her age, she’d tried fillers and other less invasive treatments but they hadn’t given her the results she wanted.

To give her the true rejuvenation she desired, I performed an extended deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, facial fat grafting, and a lip lift with corner lift. She healed incredibly quickly and well- she is only 7 weeks post here!

She was seeing her ex-husband at an event soon after we took these photos. Looking good is the best revenge! 🔥 I am so appreciative of her trust and can’t wait to see how she continues to heal!

Obsessed with this nose! 👃🏼

After thinking about it for years, this gorgeous patient came to me looking for a rhinoplasty. She wanted a straighter, softer, slightly smaller nose that still looked natural and fit her features.

She’s 1 year out from surgery. At her last visit, she shared how much more confident she feels now and how happy she is that she finally went through with surgery. This is why I do what I do! 🥹

Dating me has its perks! 😂

My partner’s head is seen here after just 1 round of PRF (platelet rich fibrin) injections to the scalp. Even I was impressed by the results!

PRP (platelet rich plasma) or PRF injections have been shown in multiple studies to increase hair growth and density in a variety of different hair loss settings (male pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia), female pattern hair loss, alopecia areata, cicatricial alopecia, and after hair transplantation.

The optimal frequency of injections varies by study- I typically recommend a round of injections every month for 3 months, then a round every 3 months for the first year. After that, you can space out to every 6 months or yearly, depending on results.

🌟Hairline lowering/Forehead reduction🌟

I call this the “something’s different, but what? 🤔”procedure. It yields subtle facial balancing that can make a big difference!

This beautiful patient is just 6 weeks after her hairline lowering procedure. She’d always been bothered by her larger forehead. She’s getting married this year and decided now was the time to do something about it! Amazingly, this procedure was done in clinic, so she was awake but fully numbed. It was fun to chat about our pups and wedding planning while I worked!

Her incision is still a little red but this will continue to fade with time. Already her hair is starting to grow through the scar, so soon it will be fully camouflaged! We’re both very happy with the results. I can’t wait to see her wedding pics! 😊

Softer, brighter, more youthful…but still YOU.

I am obsessed with these photos from my lovely patient who is just 3 months out from a deep plane facelift, neck lift, facial fat grafting, and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, skin pinch, and canthoplasty. What a subtle, but impactful change!

No surgery is 100% perfect, and for full disclosure, she had a small cautery burn on her neck from surgery that we managed with topical skin care and now, you can barely see. The redness on her neck was present prior to surgery but is a bit more prominent afterwards- this will fade over time.

Overall, she and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s about to get married- I am so excited to see the wedding photos! 👰🏼‍♀️

No amount of liposuction or energy devices would give her the result she desired- a surgical intervention was required. I performed a deep neck lift using a central and lateral approach. No facelift was performed to achieve these results, yet you can still see the improvement in her jawline and early jowling.

How great does she look?! Even her aloof teenage children have complimented her on her transformation. 😂 I am grateful for her trust and so excited for her!

✨ Instant Gratification ✨

We all know I love full facial rejuvenation surgery, but sometimes, all you need is 20 minutes for a beautiful transformation!

This patient was bothered by her nasal dorsal hump, but was not ready for a surgical rhinoplasty. Here, I performed a non-surgical rhinoplasty using a small amount of well placed hyaluronic acid filler in her nose (and chin).

I think the results are stunning!

🔥 Only 2 weeks after surgery and looking 🔥

My stunning (and hilarious!) patient sent these selfies in this week and I was blown away. Talk about restoring the heart shape face of youth!

She is only 2 weeks after deep plane facelift, neck lift, lip lift, upper blepharoplasty, lateral brow lift, and conservative fat grafting. She is in her mid 40s and, like so many women her age, started noticing age related changes and wasn’t getting the results she wanted from non surgical interventions.

Like many of my patients, she came to see me from out of town. The second photo is 8 days after surgery before she flew home. You can already see the dramatic effect on her neck. I can’t wait for her to come back to the office- obviously so I can see how she heals, but also because she’s so fun and feels like a new friend!

What does a deep plane facelift look after 1 week? ✨THIS✨

My sweet patient is exactly 7 days out from her deep plane facelift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, and temporal brow lift. She is still swollen and a bit bruised, but overall, healing beautifully! Her eyes are more open and just look at her neck & jawline! 🤩

At 1 week, most of the stitches are out. Her swelling and bruising will greatly improve over the next week. I can’t wait to see her progress!
