Job Title: Fundraising Specialist
Department: 180 Ministries
Reports To: Director and Executive Lead Team (ELT)
Job Summary
The Fundraising Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Director and Executive Lead Team by organizing and executing initiatives to raise funds and secure financial gifts for 180 Ministries. This position is also responsible for raising community awareness about the mission, goals, and financial needs of the organization.
Essential Functions
The duties below outline the core responsibilities of this position. Not all duties may be performed, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
1. Fundraising Goal
Raise a minimum of $350,000 in new donor contributions annually (excluding material goods).
2. Grant Writing & Donor Engagement
Demonstrate proficient grant writing and donor relationship-building skills to support sustainable fundraising initiatives.
3. Fundraising Experience
Possess a proven track record of success in fundraising, including a portfolio of past accomplishments and campaigns
