Zynex’s Proposal - Resources for your clinic

For each clinic that is interested, Zynex will provide:

A NexWave Demo Unit with 4 pkgs. of electrodes & 4 batteries.

Customized Rx Pads personalized to DPT and Location

A designated Account Executive that will be responsible for patient education on all Zynex Products.

Zynex will be responsible for all insurance billing and insurance-related questions from patients

We accept all Commercial insurances, Workers Comp, Auto Tricare, and Medicare as well as offer affordable private pay options.

Zynex’s Proposal - Our care to your patients

Each patient will receive their prescribed device within 2-5 business days after having verified their information with Zynex Corporate office

The device will be shipped directly to the patient

Supplies will be shipped monthly to the patient to ensure effective continued treatment

Each NexWave device has a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty and a timely replacement will be provided if there is an issue

Each patient will receive one-on-one care from a Zynex Representative as needed

All products are by prescription only. Please contact me for a prescription form. We will obtain all other needed information and will submit to insurance company. It’s that simple!
