Hi everyone! A quick update to help make booking your visits smoother and faster.
We now ask that all appointments be booked through our online portal or the Jane app. Phone calls and texts have become a bit overwhelming, and using the portal helps us stay organized so we can serve you better and respond faster.
Not sure what service to choose? No problem. Pick the closest option and we can adjust it at your appointment. Nothing you select is set in stone.
The portal also gives you helpful tools:
• Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments
• Update your personal information
• View messages from your provider
• Access and download your chart
If you haven’t already, you can download the Jane app using the QR code in the post above or search for “Jane” in the App Store or Play Store.
