We're a warm, caring integrative health & wellness center located in Centennial, just South of Denver by the DTC. In addition to relationship and counseling needs, the most common areas we treat are depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, and chronic & acute disease. Sports, nutrition and general wellness support are offered as well. Our integrative mental health services include psychiatry, psychotherapy and counseling for all ages and people from all walks of life. Our holistic health and wellness offerings include nutritional therapy, massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, Yoga Nidra guided meditation, and a full IV therapy infusion suite through our sister practice Colorado Recovery Infusion Center.
