This morning during our Yoga class at Manasota Beach we were treated to an amazing sight — a single frigatebird flying overhead. Anita pointed it out to us and later looked it up and found that these birds can grow up to 3½ feet long with a 6– 7 foot wingspan! Truly breathtaking to witness one gliding so gracefully above the ocean. Nature always shows up when we slow down and look 💙 The silhouette was found on the internet

Our Story

Yoga for all abilities and ages on Manasota Key Beach, Englewood Florida. No previous experience is needed you can join at any given day. We are supported by free will donations. You can find us at the North End of Manasota Key Beach just north of the lifeguard tower. We will be there any day if it rains we may conduct the class under the pavilion and if it’s cold we just dress warmer. The certified Yoga Instructors Toby, Lou and Katja are proud members of the Yoga with Elin Beach Yoga Team and Southwest Florida Beach Yoga.
