A simple text may have saved Dawn’s life.

When Englewood Health sent her a text message letting her know she was eligible for a lung cancer screening, she scheduled her scan — and it revealed an extremely rare precancerous condition, found in only about 300 people worldwide.

Thanks to early detection and expert surgical care, Dawn is now fully recovered.

Her story is a powerful reminder that a single screening can make all the difference.
