Severe bleeding can become life-threatening in minutes – and knowing what to do can save a life. In fact, according to the American College of Surgeons of Surgeons, severe bleeding from trauma is a leading cause of preventable deaths in the U.S.

That’s why during STOP the BLEED® Month, our broader HCA Healthcare re network is offering free STOP THE BLEED® classes to equip community members with the confidence, knowledge and hands-on skills to respond quickly in a bleeding emergency. These classes will take place at HCA Healthcare trauma centers located across the country.
