There are moments that remind me exactly why I do this work, and this is one of them.

just completed my Divine Consciousness Mentorship, and THIS is what stepping into your power looks like. She held her first ever Heartwork workshop last weekend, and instead of over-planning or doubting herself, she did what we teach inside this mentorship:

✨ She trusted herself.
✨ She surrendered to Spirit.
✨ She allowed the work to flow through her.

And what unfolded was beyond anything she could have scripted.

To see her in this moment, fully embodying her gifts and leading from a place of deep trust, is EVERYTHING. This is why mentorship, spiritual expansion, and commitment to this path matter.

This is the magic 🪄 Because when you say YES to your calling, everything aligns.

The Ripple Effect of Healing ❤️‍🩹

This weekend’s Reiki Master Training was nothing short of inspiring. Spending the weekend with four unbelievably powerful women was an honor and a privilege I don’t take lightly.

Watching each of them step into their mastery, release old stories, and embrace their divine gifts with such clarity and confidence was awe-inspiring. Their strength, vulnerability, and dedication to their own healing and growth were a gift to witness.

We laughed, we shared stories, and we held space for one another’s transformation. That’s the beauty of Reiki — it reminds us of the limitless power within us while connecting us to the energy that flows through everything.

IYKYK 💔✌🏽

As I go through the boxes from my now-closed studio, I’ve been finding pieces of my journey that carry so much meaning—like these brush pens. They were with me in every session at Hudson Mind Body Spirit, channeling messages from Spirit into words. What started as simple client notes evolved into something sacred: written messages, carefully created on special paper, given to my clients at the end of their session.

Over the years, I’ve had people come back, holding onto those cards as if they were treasures—kept on altars, in purses, close to their hearts. They’ve shared how the words written in ink, through these markers, held truths that came to pass. These markers, now dried out and empty, carry the essence of countless healing moments. I guess in the past, I couldn’t bring myself to throw them away because they’ve been vessels for Spirit, tools of connection and transformation.

Looking at them now, I feel such deep gratitude—for the work I’ve been called to, for the people who have trusted me, and for God’s guidance through it all. There were times in my life when I felt so lost, I’ve hit so many rock bottoms - but this work has shown me my purpose. If you’ve been touched by the words, the work, or the energy I’ve shared, thank you. You’ve changed my life as much as I may have touched yours.

May we all continue to share our gifts and leave an indelible mark on the world. Thank you, thank you, thank YOU.

It’s not fate—it’s a call to heal, to love ourselves fiercely, and to stop the cycle of self-sabotage.

Reflect on the unseen patterns that have shaped your relationships:
🪞 What parts of your shadow have contributed to these dynamics?
💭 Identify any ego-dystonic thoughts you struggle with—thoughts that don’t align with your ideal self.
