August Food Drive for Parker Task Force For Human Services.
Due to COVID19 restrictions, the TaskForce is not able to have their normal food drive at local grocery stores so we are doing our part along with Heath Chiropractic & Acupuncture, collecting non-perishables, cleaning supplies & gift cards in the office through August 28, 2020.

For our clients scheduled in August, please consider supporting. If you are not scheduled but would like to help, you can drop off during business hours.

Hoorah! We are released from shut down and can begin seeing clients again 5/1 with stipulations required under the Public Health Order.

This is probably my favorite stretch ever! It gives you a nice stretch from your ankles to your head. My favorite time to do this is right after a walk or run. If you’re lucky you’ll get a nice gentle “pop” from the traction with every exhale while in this position 😊💗

A quick, great for beginners, 5 min Meditation to help release some stress you may be feeling, (I know I've been feeling some). Meditation has always been something I'm drawn to and find it to be beneficial, however I don't always make the time for it.
