Tinnitus Awareness Starts with Action šŸ’œ

We’re honored to share that Colorado Tinnitus & Hearing Center proudly sponsors this annual fundraiser each year in support of the American Tinnitus Association (ATA) and the millions of individuals living with tinnitus.

On February 2nd, Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33, and Jaggers donated 100% of their profits from dine-in and to-go orders to ATA — raising a record-breaking $1.1 million in a single day to support tinnitus awareness, research, and patient care.

Tinnitus affects more than 50 million Americans, and for approximately 20% of those individuals, it can significantly disrupt sleep, concentration, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.

While many people are still told that ā€œnothing can be done,ā€ we know that is simply not true.

Ongoing research, patient education, and provider training are critical to advancing evidence-based tinnitus care — helping patients move from simply coping… to truly getting their lives back.

At Colorado Tinnitus & Hearing Center, we are proud to support initiatives that advance tinnitus awareness while also offering comprehensive tinnitus evaluations and advanced treatment options, including the LenireĀ® bimodal neuromodulation device.

There is hope.
There are options.
And you don’t have to live with tinnitus alone.

Tinnitus Awareness Week is the perfect time to learn why you might be hearing ringing or buzzing that others cannot. Understanding how your brain creates these sounds is the first step toward finding some peace and quiet.

Tinnitus is defined as the experience of hearing sound without an external, acoustic source. While it is commonly referred to as ā€œringing in the ears,ā€ tinnitus can also be described as buzzing, hissing, whistling, swooshing, and clicking.

In honor of Tinnitus Awareness Week, we want to remind people that tinnitus is not something you simply have to ā€œlive with.ā€ For far too long, patients have been told there is no hope — yet every day we see individuals reclaim their lives through evidence-based care, advanced technology like LenireĀ®, and working closely with trained tinnitus experts. There is help, and there is hope.
