Dr. Gesquiere is a Board Certified Physician in both Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology and is a highly respected Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine. He is also an active member of the American Pain Society, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management and the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Gesquiere specializes in the treatment of Complex Regional Pain Syndromes, Lumbar and Cervical Degenerative Disk Disease, Spondylosis, Migraine headaches. He is trained and performs all of the currently available procedures of Interventional Pain Management including Spinal Cord Stimulator placement, Targeted Drug Delivery, Radiofrequency Ablation, Prolotherapy, Epidural Steroid Injections etc. Vitaliy Domashevich, M.D. Board Certified, Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine
Dr. Domashevich graduated from Minsk Medical Academy in 1993 and was working as an as anesthesiologist in Minsk district hospital until immigrating to the USA in 1995. He then repeated his residency in Anesthesiology at the famous Cook County hospital in Chicago, IL and graduated from the fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in 2002. He has been Board Certified in Anesthesiology since 2003 and in Pain Medicine since 2004. He has been continuously practicing in the Denver Metro area since graduating from his fellowship in 2002. Dr. Smolenski received his medical degree from Wayne State University, performed his residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, completed an anesthesia-based pain medicine fellowship and is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management. Due to his cross-training in several areas, he is able to pinpoint the source of his patients’ pain. His goal is to provide an accurate diagnosis and develop an appropriate, non-operative treatment plan. His treatments utilize a full range of pain management techniques, from physical therapy, to pharmacologic management, to interventions, such as epidurals, nerve root blocks, and spinal cord stimulation.
