What is DPC (Direct Primary Care)?
Direct Primary Care is a national movement of physicians choosing to restore the cherished patient-physician relationship. We value time with our patients and work directly for our patients and not 3rd parties such as insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, hospital organizations or big business healthcare entities. Direct Primary Care physicians know how important it is to develop a mutual trusting relationship to improve long-term health outcomes. DPC practices offer unprecedented access to their doctor with access to their cell phone, email, after-hours access, same or next business day appointments, tele-health visits (phone, video, email and text). Patient get ample face to face time with their doctors of at least 30-60 minutes (not the typical 5-8 minute rushed visit typical in healthcare today all for a low monthly fee.
