Are you aware that we are trapped in a dangerous cycle?

The majority of products we consume are ultra-processed and loaded with excess calories, sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats. We are struggling with higher and higher rates of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease.

Moreover, doctors receive minimal education on nutrition during their training. We learn more about treating symptoms instead of focusing on prevention.

This is the reason I decided to enroll in a health coach training program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This certification has given me a fresh perspective on the concept of "healing." I'm currently immersed in my studies, learning new information. I'm convinced that it will improve the health of my patients, enable me to help them with their unique needs, and cultivate a healthier life for all.
