We celebrated Mardi Gras with masks, beads and lucky coins. Our delicious menu included Andouille sausage gumbo or chicken gumbo, and the sides were red beans, creamy cheddar grits, buttermilk cornbread, and purple cabbage slaw. For dessert, we enjoyed traditional King cake.

Our lunch group enjoyed an afternoon of Mexican food. Their chips and salsa were amazing!

The residents absolutely loved the trip to the Covered Wagon. They saw so many different styles of pumpkins and colorful mums. The best part was the homemade baked goods that they got to choose from, and seeing all the candies that brought back great childhood memories!
