Classes are taught by Paige Combs who has been practicing and teaching yoga for 20 years. She has trained with Tim Miller, Richard Freeman and Rodney Yee, to develop an approachable method to Ashtanga Yoga. An emphasis is placed on alignment and breath with a slow introduction to Vinyasa. Classes are 5 days a week open to all levels. Beginner's classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Drop in any da

y, new and experienced yogis. Don't worry it's not Hot Yoga, we're more traditional here. Ashtanga yoga uses Ujjayi breathing to build the heat internally, not with external heating methods that overheat the body and cause dehydration. Flexibility isn't required, it often takes a lot of practice. Just bring yourself, a mat, and blocks (not required but a useful tool)! All yoga and all teachers are not the same.
