Overall health can usually be separated into 5 individual components: Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training/ Endurance, Flexibility/ Mobility, Nutrition, and Supplementation. Only when all 5 of these are in harmony can we really unlock our human potential. As with any program adherence is the key to successfully reaching our goals. The Sixth and final component is achieved once we have seen results, conquered previous goals and start to believe anything is achievable. The mental state of this person begins to impact everyone around them, the client begins to become the trainer and one by one we gain the ability to impact the world.

14th Overall 🥇 Even with 11 knee surgeries and a previously broken Fibula🦴 Beyyyond Proud of this girl right here! 🙌🏼As a coach it was probably one of the most challenging experiences I have had in my career. It was the first time in a long time that that my job was to protect a client regularly from over training. But on race day…. Let me tell you, the gloves were off and this girl dialed it up to level 100 and completely knocked it out!🥊
