Sunday: Hot 26 & 2 (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Yin Yoga (5:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
Tuesday: Hot 26 & 2 (5:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
💲 Cost: Just $12 per class (pay at the door)

The class is modeled with narration, guiding you through each posture in our state-of-the-art studio equipped with red lights to enhance overall health and wellness 🧘‍♂️❤️. Each session features 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room, designed for all skill levels 🙌. Classes are 60 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes for relaxation and community feedback 🕉️, and may extend to 90 minutes based on community interest. While we move together, there is no pressure to perform—feel free to lay down, relax, and enjoy the benefits of the heat and red light.
