✨ “You make me feel like I could actually have a good future living as myself.” ✨

Hearing words like this is everything. Therapy can feel risky — finding the right fit matters — and I’m honored each time a client lets me hold their story. Healing is messy, brave, and deeply human… sometimes it’s tears, sometimes it’s relief, and sometimes it’s the sarcastic humor we all need to get through the tough stuff. 💛

Grateful beyond words for the trust my clients place in me. 🌿

Back-to-school survival guide (for kids and parents):

⏰ A schedule = less chaos, fewer “but whyyyy” arguments
💬 Validating feelings = reminding ourselves that crying over the wrong color cup is, in fact, a big deal
😴 Early bedtime + no screens = because tired brains are dramatic brains
🥞 Breakfast = the difference between “ready to learn” and “hangry meltdown by 9am”

Tiny habits, big impact. Here’s to smoother mornings and saner evenings. 😉✏️

When your brain’s throwing a tantrum and your body’s like, “umm… help?” — try a grounding break. 💛

Think of it like hitting the “refresh” button on your mind + body. These little resets help your nervous system go from alarm bells to we’re okay now.

Your feelings are valid. Your body just needs a little extra love sometimes. 💛

When kids feel seen, heard, and understood, they’re more likely to trust us, open up, and regulate their emotions. You don’t have to agree with what they’re feeling — just let them know it’s okay to feel it.

Small phrases = Big impact. 💛

Which one will you try today?

You are not “too much” for having big feelings.
You are not weak for crying.
You are not broken for feeling anxious, angry, or overwhelmed.

Emotions aren’t something to be ashamed of — they’re messengers, not mistakes. Even the ones that feel uncomfortable or downright yucky deserve space.

All feelings are valid. All feelings are human.
You don’t need to fix them — just feel them. That’s where the healing starts. 💛

So the next time you find yourself questioning your emotions, give this reframe a try:
“My feelings are valid, even if they’re uncomfortable.”

Music is one of my favorite forms of creative emotional release.

Whether I’m riding a wave of joy or sitting with some sadness, building playlists helps me name what I’m feeling—and move through it.

Because you’ve got to name (the emotion) to tame it (cope).

🎶 My happiness playlist is full of songs that make me want to dance in the kitchen, windows down, sunshine kind of vibes.

💔 My sadness playlist is where I go when I need to cry it out, feel it all, and let the tears do their job.

Both are healing. Both are valid.
And both are reminders that music gives our emotions a safe place to land. 💛

Self-compassion isn’t always soft or easy.
Sometimes it’s the hardest thing you can offer yourself—especially when your inner critic is loud and shame is knocking at the door.

But you don’t have to earn your own kindness.
You’re allowed to be gentle with yourself simply because you’re human.

Struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing—it means you’re doing the brave, messy work of being real. 💛

Check out some of my examples to get started with self compassion.

My rage playlist is one of my favorite forms of creative emotional release — a way to move big feelings through my body when talking just doesn’t cut it.

Here’s a few of the songs that are always at the top of my rage playlist 🎶🤬❤️.

Not all emotional release looks like crying or shaking it out,

Creative expression is emotional release.
It gives your feelings a safe place to land — without needing to make sense or be polished.

So if your heart’s heavy and you don’t know what to say?
Make something.
It doesn’t have to be pretty. It just has to be real. 💛

My personal fav is my rage playlist.

Emotions don’t just live in your mind—they’re stored in your nervous system.

That’s why crying, shaking, sighing, or even yawning can feel like a reset.

These physical releases help your body discharge stress and return to a regulated state.
They’re not signs of weakness—they’re signs your body is doing its job.

So if you’ve ever cried and felt lighter…
That’s not dramatic. That’s healing. 💛

Next time emotions feel overwhelming, try one of these physical releases—your body might just thank you.

EMDR isn’t just for the loud, obvious traumas. It’s for the moments you learned:
💔 “I have to be easy to love.”
💬 “My feelings are too much.”
🫥 “If I stay small, I’ll stay safe.”

No, we’re not digging up the past for fun—we’re helping your brain finally file it in the right folder. 🗂️✨

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what shaped you. It means remembering who you were before the world told you to be someone else.
