Take a look at our patient, Jeff. He had emergency lumbar spine surgery with Dr. Gologorsky yesterday. This is just an hour out of surgery and he is all smiles. Jeff was suffering from debilitating low back pain that had actually left him using a wheelchair. We are all thrilled with the immediate outcome and optimistic that Jeff will be back to his old self soon, with the wheelchair nowhere in site!

HAPPY NURSES WEEK 2025!! Special shoutout to our team of nurses at Metropolitan Neurosurgery, Damaris our NP, Raisa and Madison our full time RN’s. We are also incredibly lucky that our Practice Manager is an RN. MNA is grateful to have a team of the smartest, dedicated, caring and fun ladies in the field.

MNA would also like to shout THANK YOU to all the nurses who have dedicated their lives to helping people. The nursing profession is not for the weak. It requires knowledge, patience, a strong stomach, a good heart and holistic approach to the patients. They are the backbone of the healthcare community.

Let’s take this week to thank the nurses in our lives because they deserve to know we appreciate all that they do!
