Hi All,
Registration to the upcoming Unbound IFS Costa Rica Retreat, April 19-26, is now open. It's a week of deep processing while being held in the group's collective Self Energy as well as body work to help integrate your healing, delicious food and time by the salt water pool. It is open to anyone who is either IFS informed, a client of IFS therapy and/or IFS trained. It's perfect for clients and therapists.
We've had a lot in our lives for sometime now. I often think about if I am nurturing myself while my work nurtures others? And there are times where I realize that that important balance may be a bit off. Or do you just need some time away in the beautiful setting of Costa Rica? If so, this retreat is for you... For you to nurture YOU.
