Favorite treatment to receive/give:
IV therapy - I love how immediate the treatment feels and how it can be personalized to meet each person’s needs.

Health non-negotiable:
Daily movement and hitting my protein goals. Daily movement keeps my body healthy. Protein helps build/maintain muscle, aid in recovery, and help me feel strong.

Top health tip:
Focus on consistency over perfection. Small, realistic habits done daily matter way more than doing everything “perfectly” for a short time.

Favorite supplement:
Magnesium — it supports stress, sleep, muscle recovery, and overall nervous system health.

Favorite workout:
Strength training mixed with walking, running, and Pilates. This combo is balanced - building muscle, improving cardiovascular health, and improving core strength and flexibility.

Fun fact:
I’m genuinely fascinated by nutrition, health, and functional medicine. I love learning how nutrition impacts health and wellness, while also finding ways to make healthy habits realistic and sustainable.
