In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, this immersive experience is designed to support deep relaxation, emotional well-being, and full-body restoration.

Through a thoughtfully layered sound experience led by Brittany, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.

Carol will offer Reiki energy healing throughout the experience, providing gentle, supportive energy to encourage emotional release, energy rebalancing, and a return to calm, grounded presence.
