Join Michelle Bravo and Bertharis Lantigua for a deeply restorative 2-hour journey to release the energetic weight of the past year and realign your body, mind, and spirit for the year ahead.
This immersive experience blends:
Restorative yoga to ground and open the body
Breathwork + meditation to calm the mind
Hands-on vibrational healing with Himalayan singing bowls placed directly on the body
A deeply immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments
As you rest in supported poses, sound frequencies work on a cellular level to bring the body back into harmony. Every cell and organ in the body vibrates at its own optimal frequency—when this natural rhythm is disrupted by stress, trauma, or fatigue, we can feel scattered, anxious, or disconnected.
Sound healing restores this balance through:
Resonance – matching and retuning your body’s natural frequencies, like tuning an instrument
Brainwave entrainment – guiding the brain into deeply relaxed theta states where healing and restoration can occur
Energetic clearing – dissolving stagnant or stuck energy in the chakras and energy field
