Dr. Wong finished his lecturing schedule for 2025 as the Co-Chair of the 31st annual Belgium International Spine Symposium in Antwerp, Belgium. The theme of the meeting was “The Future of Spine Surgery.” Dr. Wong was busy giving four presentations and listening to the latest research before returning home for the holidays.

Dr. Wong was at the EuroSpine Conference, where he heard a paper on a key cell for nerve regeneration that researchers have identified. This finding has implications for improving not only spinal cord injury, but also peripheral nerve paralysis, such as foot drop.
