MOVEMENT ALCHEMY IMMERSION
April 10–12 + April 24–26
for teachers and advanced practitioners

Movement Alchemy is a two-weekend immersion into embodiment, nervous system work, and the deeper layers of practice that shape how we move and live.

This module brings together somatics, subtle body awareness, and modern understanding of the nervous system within the context of yoga and Ta**ra. The focus is on developing a clear, felt sense of where you are in your body and how to work with that in real time.

We will explore how movement can shift internal state, support regulation, and create new pathways in both body and mind. This includes working with instinctive patterns like shaking and tremoring, as well as more structured approaches through Prana Vinyasa and other movement frameworks.

Across the two weekends, you will build practical tools that translate directly into your practice, your teaching, and your daily life.

We will work with these topics and more:
• Nervous system regulation and the physiology of stress
• Shifting our relationship to healing not as ‘work’ but as a return to wholeness
• Neurogenic tremor and instinctive shaking as tools for release and integration
• Prana Vinyasa methods and sequencing as a method for transforming our internal state
• The subtle body in relationship to lived, embodied experience
• Solar and lunar practices to support balance and recovery

Guided by Devon Sweeney and Drake Unruh, this immersion draws from years of practice, study, and direct experience in both traditional and contemporary approaches to the body.

40 hour, two weekend immersion

Eligible for Yoga Alliance CEUs

Early bird pricing available for the first 5 enrollments.

TONIGHT🌙 2-hour Prana Vinyasa practice with Devon 🤍

RHYTHM + PRANA FLOW
Prana - our vital energy - moves in waveforms, pulsation, and rhythmic flow. It rises, roots, gathers, circulates, and integrates. In tonight’s practice we’ll explore these currents directly through breath-led movement and the living mandala of the five vāyus.

Expect rhythmic sequencing, fluid transitions, and space to listen inwardly as breath becomes the organizing intelligence of the practice.

Open to practitioners with some experience in vinyasa-based movement.

108 SURYA NAMASKAR | SPRING EQUINOX PRACTICE
Sunday, March 22 | 3–5 PM
with Devon Sweeney & Zaidy Charrón

As the light of spring continues to grow, we gather for a rhythmic moving meditation of 108 rounds of Sūrya Namaskāra A. Through breath, repetition, and collective rhythm, the practice gradually builds warmth, focus, and vitality.

Traditionally regarded as a sacred number, 108 symbolizes wholeness and the relationship between the individual and the greater cosmos. Practicing near the spring equinox also honors the sandhyā, the threshold where day and night come into balance. These transitional moments in nature have long been considered potent times for reflection, renewal, and practice.

We’ll move through the cycles together, pacing the practice in sustainable waves so you can rest, breathe, and reconnect as needed. Over time the repetition becomes meditation in motion.

All levels welcome. This is a favorite practice and tradition in our studio community. Come move, breathe, and welcome the rising light of spring.

EMPOWERING SADHANA PART 2: PERSONAL PRACTICE
With Jeremy Wolf at Sandhyā Yoga in Englewood | Friday, March 6 | 6:00–9:30 PM

The world’s movements are rooted in rhythm and momentum. As habitual creatures, we exhibit routine ways of thinking, behaving, and relating. What we commit to becomes our direction. What we repeat shapes our destiny.

Establishing a potent personal practice is key in ensuring our movement is forward and in service of actualizing and accelerating our evolution. Let’s explore fundamental theory and techniques for beginning or strengthening your sadhana (personal practice) through intention, pranayama, and meditation.

This will be Part 2 of a workshop that happened in October of 2025. It is not necessary that you attended Part 1. This session will include a review of key points covered in Part 1 and then expand on the content with action tools to start, recommit to, or strengthen an existing sadhana.

We will cover:
• Why a personal sadhana is key to growth and evolution
• What are the common challenges of starting or being consistent
• The benefits of sadhana
• The neuroscience of making and breaking habits
• Essential components to design a powerful sadhana

This weekend! We’re looking forward to exploring Yin Yoga together as a practice of stillness, nervous system regulation, and embodied listening.

Join in 2 open practices which are open sessions within the Yin Yoga Teacher Training, with limited spaces available for practitioners who want to experience this work firsthand in a long format.

Friday | 2-Hour Yin: Deep Grounding
An extended, therapeutic practice of long, supported holds designed to settle the nervous system and soften habitual bracing. Stillness here is not passive—it becomes anchoring. A space to rest into weight, safety, and internal coherence.

Saturday | 90-Minute Yin: Rotation + Release
A focused exploration of spirals, asymmetry, and gentle rotation. This practice invites release through subtle movement and intentional pacing—unwinding deeper patterns of urgency and control while restoring ease from the inside out.

January 30–February 1 | Intelligent Flow: Yin Yoga Teacher Training

This immersive teacher training offers a unique approach to Yin—rooted in a lunar approach to asana, nervous system health, and stillness as a tool for self-inquiry. Drawing from the yogic subtle body, the five movements of prāṇa (vāyus), functional anatomy, and meditative pacing, the training explores how stillness becomes an active process of listening, regulation, and insight.
