ADVANCED SUBTLE BODY TEACHER TRAINING IMMERSION
with Devon Sweeney + Jeremy Wolf
February 27–March 1 + March 13–15, 2026
A deep exploration of the subtle body—the energetic and consciousness-based maps that shape how yoga is felt, taught, and lived.
This advanced immersion invites teachers and dedicated practitioners into a refined relationship with prana as an intelligent, organizing force. Through movement, meditation, inquiry, and study, we explore how subtle awareness informs sequencing, language, and transmission—supporting clarity, depth, and resonance in teaching.
AREAS OF STUDY INCLUDE:
• The Pancha Vayus as a foundation for intelligent sequencing, breath education, and meditation
• The Pancha Koshas as a model for energetic, psychological, and embodied alignment
• Ha–Tha (solar and lunar currents) and the cultivation of balance, rhythm, and tone in practice
• The Three Gunas and their role in shaping energetic quality, intention, and teaching presence
• Krishnamacharya’s Six Categories of Asana and their subtle and energetic effects
• Doshas and energetic sequencing through an Ayurvedic lens
• Swara Yoga and the relationship between breath, mind, and awareness
• The Chakra system, granthis, bandhas, and pathways of awakening
• Tri Sharira (the three bodies) as a framework for integration and teaching
• Rasa theory and the cultivation of emotional intelligence in yoga
