I love when patients bring inspo photos for rhinoplasty— they’re a great starting point! But I always make sure we set realistic expectations for their end result.

No two noses (or faces) are the same, so your result won’t look exactly like someone else’s. What we can do is create the most beautifully balanced, natural-looking version that fits you perfectly.

If you’re dealing with cervical dystonia, which is a condition that causes painful neck muscle spasms and abnormal head positioning, Botox may be a really helpful option. 💉

During treatment, I place small injections directly into the overactive neck muscles to gently weaken them and ease the spasms.

Most people start noticing relief within a couple of weeks, and the results typically last 4–6 months!

Rhinoplasty for men has its own set of goals that differ from those of women. It’s less about softening the features and more about creating balance while preserving a strong, masculine profile.

For this patient, we focused on smoothing the bridge and refining the overall shape without taking away the structure that suited his face.

One of the things I really love about this season is that gala nights are in full swing. Here’s a glimpse of one of my recent looks— a soft winter blue that felt perfectly timeless. ❄️👠

A refined profile doesn’t have to mean a dramatic change. This patient wanted a smoother bridge and a more defined, balanced tip, and her results show just how natural rhinoplasty can be when we focus on harmony.

One of the most common questions I hear from patients is, "What's the difference between an open and closed rhinoplasty?"

It really comes down to where the incisions are made and the approach your surgeon uses. Every nose is different, so the technique we choose is always tailored to your anatomy and goals!

Feeling extra thankful today for my loving family, my supportive team, and the incredible patients who make this work so...

Many patients are surprised by how manageable rhinoplasty recovery actually is. Most swelling and bruising fade within the first week, and many people feel comfortable getting back to their normal routines after about 7–10 days.

Swelling will continue to improve over the next few months as the nose refines and settles into its final shape!

It’s National Botox Day! So, it's the perfect time to remind everyone that it isn’t just for smoothing wrinkles— it actually has some amazing medical benefits too.

We also use Botox to help treat:
💉 TMJ disorders
💉 Tight trapezius muscles
💉 Chronic migraines
💉 Facial paralysis

It’s a versatile treatment that can help patients look AND feel their best.

For male patients, the goal of a rhinoplasty is typically to refine the nose while maintaining strong, masculine features. In this case, we smoothed the dorsal hump and refined the bridge to create balance without softening his overall appearance!

After balloon sinuplasty, most patients can return to work and their normal activities within a day. You might notice a little bloody discharge or nasal swelling for the first few days— that’s completely normal and part of the healing process. 😊

If you’ve been dealing with chronic sinus issues and want to learn more about this procedure, give us a call: (866) 260-0645

Balloon sinuplasty is a minimally invasive option for patients who struggle with chronic sinus pressure, pain, or recurring infections.

During the procedure, I use a small, flexible balloon catheter to gently open the sinus passages, helping restore normal breathing and drainage.

I’ll be sharing more of this patient’s procedure in my next post, so keep an eye out if you’d like to learn more!
