Due to the low temperatures & mostly the wind
we will not hold our Monday Beach Yoga class, 2/2/26
We hope to return on Tuesday, 2/3, I will keep you posted.
Also, we will not be holding Sunset Yoga this Thursday,
we will wait another week in hopes of warmer temperatures.

Gentle Beach Yoga for everyone!

8:30am Every Day, all year long. 12 Years of Beach Yoga - Breathe the fresh air, be soothed by the ocean waves, bathed in the sun is a open space in nature while you move and stretch your body and conscious breathing. All are welcome! Come as you are, do what you can, rest we you need to and just enjoy the experience of yoga on the beach! Classes are a free will donation of $5 and up, bring a sheet or blanket, water and a smile and have some fun!

We also offer Sunrise yoga, Full Moon Yoga, Sunset Yoga and Sunset Sound Meditation with the Crystal Bowls once a month. Dates and times vary and summer months, not always.
